About

Imagine if you could change just one thing in your life—what would it be? How might your life improve, and what new possibilities could open up as a result? Together, we can work toward a clearer, more empowered vision of your future self. At the core of my approach is building a collaborative and supportive therapeutic relationship, where you feel truly seen, heard, and understood.

I firmly believe that therapy is a powerful tool for change, providing you with the opportunity to identify, understand, and transform harmful thought patterns and behaviors so you can live with greater purpose and fulfillment.

My approach combines the strengths of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and other evidence-based methods—all within a holistic mind-body framework. This allows us to address not just the mental, but also the physical impacts of unprocessed emotional pain. Together, we can either build practical, everyday skills to enhance your well-being or take a deeper dive into exploring and shifting the patterns that may be limiting your growth.

No matter where you are on your journey, I am here to help guide you toward lasting change and a renewed sense of possibility

Position at Lavender Psychotherapy:

My Story

My venture into psychotherapy started with a deep interest in understanding individuals and how we navigate life’s challenges. Through the years, I have grown to realize the strength we possess as individuals, even within extreme adversity. As a therapist, my goal is to help others in accessing their resilience and using it for healing and self-discovery.

I know from first-hand experiences how unbelievably scary it can be to walk through challenging times alone. My past experiences have uncovered the importance of kindness to oneself, the presence of mindfulness, and the need for a healthy support system. These lessons are now founded my views in therapy, to provide a safe platform where a client would feel seen, heard, and feel empowered to be the real change in their lives.

Each story holds a value in the world, and it will be a privilege to share yours with me. We could strive toward clarity, connection, and a revitalized purpose. Join me to take that first step toward your brightest future, one conversation at a time.
