About

Feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, or low self-esteem can be incredibly challenging — but you don’t have to face it alone. I’m here to support you on your journey to emotional well-being, helping you develop healthy coping strategies and navigate both past experiences and present-day struggles.

I specialize in working with individuals dealing with anxiety, stress, low mood, trauma, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, relationship troubles, and difficulty building coping skills. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you feel truly heard, understood, and valued.

Using a person-centered approach, I tailor our work together to meet your unique needs. I also draw from evidence-based techniques including solution-focused, strengths-based, emotion-focused, trauma-informed, and mindfulness-based practices to help guide you toward your goals. Your feedback is always welcome — your voice and needs are central to our work together.

I look forward to walking alongside you on this path, supporting your growth, confidence, self-love, and emotional safety every step of the way.
