About

Accepting new clients - Anxiety, trauma, relationship troubles, ADHD, and stress - these troubles can feel exhausting and paralyzing. I understand. I hope to walk alongside you (or your relationship) to help you gain tools, create a space of safety, and to help you process traumas. My goal is to ensure you walk out of each session with something you can apply and learn from.

I work with individuals and couples, drawing from CBT, DBT, ACT, Schema Therapy, Attachment-Based Therapy, Mindfulness, trauma-informed care, Gottman, EMDR, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I approach therapy from a culturally and trauma informed lens to ensure you are holistically supported based on your goals, values, and needs.

I look forward to meeting you and working towards your goals in a safe and supportive environment. Let's work towards improving your well-being, understanding your identity, and gaining tools.

Position at Lavender Psychotherapy:

My Story

My own path with mental health has not always been the swiftest, but filled with turbulent ups and downs that have shaped my empathy and understanding towards others struggling. I am also a firm believer in having a support system for a balanced life, and mine consists of a loving family and partner, two playful cats, and a very vocal parrot who always keeps me entertained.

Today, this space is still home to many Indigenous people from across Turtle Island and we are grateful to have the opportunity to work, live, and play on this land.
