About

Trauma is paralyzing. Anxiety & stress is debilitating. ADHD is overwhelming. Finding yourself is not easy and getting help can feel hard. I understand. My practice specializes in supporting clients struggling with a range of issues, including anxiety, ADHD, depression, relationship concerns, family dynamics, identity exploration, self-esteem challenges, anger management, trauma, and coping skills development. Each client's journey is unique, and I'm here to provide the tailored support and understanding needed to navigate through these challenges.

Drawing from a diverse range of therapeutic modalities, I collaborate with clients (individuals, couples, and families) to develop personalized treatment plans that meet their specific needs and goals. Whether utilizing ACT, CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, IFS, creative arts techniques, or EFT, my aim is to empower clients to discover their inner strengths and resources.

Together, we'll work towards fostering resilience, healing past wounds, and cultivating a deeper sense of self-awareness and fulfillment. If you're seeking support and guidance on your path towards personal growth and well-being, I'm here to accompany you on that journey.
