About

Accepting new clients - Managing stress, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, and depression can feel isolating when you are facing this journey alone. I am dedicated to walking alongside and empowering you to develop tools to manage these experiences with greater confidence. I am passionate about helping individuals, families, and couples find their strengths and achieve personal growth. I believe in the power of a supportive therapeutic relationship to foster resilience and well-being.

I utilize a person-centered and culturally informed approach, creating a nonjudgmental environment where individuals can feel safe and supported. I work from an eclectic and tailored approach integrating modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness, Existential and Solution Focused Brief Therapy to support clients in meeting their goals.

I support clients that are experiencing anxiety, stress, life transitions, depression, low self-esteem and coping difficulties. I am committed to celebrating clients' unique identities and strengths and fostering meaningful change.

Position at Lavender Psychotherapy:

My Story

I grew up just outside of Toronto as a child of Deaf adults (CODA) and am passionate about increasing mental health accessibility to the Deaf community as a psychotherapist. My interest in mental health originally developed through my lived experiences and has continued to grow over 7 years of working within the non-profit mental health field.

Lavender Psychotherapy acknowledges that it provides services on/in the traditional territory of Anishinaabeg, Haudenosaunee, Attiwonderonk, and Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation peoples. This territory is covered by Treaty 3 3/4 and Brant Track Treaty 8.

Today, this space is still home to many Indigenous people from across Turtle Island and we are grateful to have the opportunity to work, live, and play on this land.
