About

Welcome, I am so glad you are here! If you’re feeling stuck or overwhelmed, please know you don’t have to go through it alone. Everyone deserves support when the time feels right. I aim to create a safe, warm, and non-judgmental space where you can truly be yourself and feel heard. I offer a culturally inclusive approach, ensuring your values are respected and honoured.

Together, we’ll build a trusting, collaborative relationship where your voice and perspective guide the process. I am here to work alongside you to achieve your goals. I want to understand you, meet you where you are, and help you grow. I know the first step can feel hard, so I encourage you to reach out and see if I can be the right fit for you!  I believe in meeting you where you are and helping you grow towards your goals. I aim to ensure that therapy feels aligned with your values and that you feel heard throughout our work. I believe that everyone has strengths, and I work with these strengths throughout the therapy process.

Every client is unique, and I draw from interventions including Trauma Informed Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dietetical Behaviour Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, IFS, and mindfulness techniques to allow me to best suit your individual needs. I have spent many years working with neurodivergent folks and am particularly passionate about working with teens, adults, couples, families, individuals who are neurodivergent or have substance use disorder and members of the LGBTQ+ community.

My Story

My journey has deeply shaped my understanding of the value of being truly heard and supported in a safe, nonjudgmental space. Through my personal experiences as a client, I have navigated life’s challenges, including grief and loss, and recovering from a traumatic accident, which helped me learn to embrace my most authentic self.

As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I have personally experienced the internal and external challenges of being comfortable being who I am. I offer an inclusive space for members of the LGBTQ+ community and know the true importance of feeling safe and understood.

These transformative moments have strengthened my relationships with those closest to me and fostered a deep sense of unconditional compassion for others. I carry this understanding into my work, believing that everyone deserves a space to grow, heal, and feel valued for who they are. I look forward to hearing from you!
