I provide a safe, non-judgmental and compassionate environment for couples/families, teens and adults to feel safe, heard and valued. My approach is person-centered to ensure a unique and personalized experience for each individual. I pull from CBT, Solution-Focused, Narrative Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Therapy.
Navigating through life can be hard and each experience is unique. My goal as your therapist is to provide a personalized way to help you discover yourself and find tools and techniques to help you move more confidently through life. I believe that each person holds the key to their own healing, and my aim is to help you attain this.

Position at Lavender Psychotherapy:
My Story
I began struggling with my mental health as a teenager. After reaching out for help and seeing firsthand, the positive impact that therapy has, I knew that I wanted to become a therapist. Since then, I have gone through many highs and lows, and have reached out for help on various occasions. Each time I meet with a therapist is just as nerve-wracking as the last, however, it is always worth it. I believe that to be successful in therapy, the client and counsellor must relate and connect with one another. This is why I view my history with mental illness as a positive rather than a negative. Therapy and support helped to change my life and ever since, it has been my goal to become a therapist and help others the way I was helped.
